Arroyo Bodonal — Tres Cantos, Madrid
LEED PLATINUMGEOTHERMAL80 HOMES
80-home housing cooperative. The first multi-family residential building in Europe to achieve LEED Platinum, with geothermal energy, energy demand cut by around 75% and the ASPRIMA and Alfonso Vázquez Fraile awards.
Arroyo Bodonal 2 — Tres Cantos, Madrid
Housing cooperative of 132 eco-efficient homes, successor to the pioneering Arroyo Bodonal. Geothermal energy, stepped balconies and a facade designed to control solar gain.
Sebastián Herrera — Madrid
A four-apartment building on a plot just 3.80 metres wide. Millimetric precision in plan to make every square metre work.

Unifamiliar en Miramadrid
A single-family house defined by its exposed concrete frames and white volumes, with clean lines and generous openings.
Valdemanco — Sierra de Madrid
A hillside house with a pool and a terraced garden held by gabion walls, facing the mountains of Madrid.

A cooperative of 33 terraced single-family houses in Tres Cantos, completed in 2021.

Single-family home in Santo Domingo — Algete
Una gran terraza salva el desnivel de la parcela y crea una estancia exterior con vistas a la sierra.
Refurbishment in a historic Madrid colonia
A 1929 house whose structure was replaced in full while the façades were held in place; a new basement cellar and roof space were created within the original volume.
