ABOUT US
An architecture practice in La Moraleja, Madrid
Since 2003 we have designed spaces at every scale — to live in, to work in, to learn in, to enjoy — with one aim: to answer the practical problem in front of us with the best solution available.
Always with the environment in mind. ACRE was the first practice outside the United States, and the third in the world, to achieve LEED Platinum certification for a multi-family residential building: Arroyo Bodonal, the international benchmark for sustainability and energy efficiency in green buildings.
We also manage architecture projects end to end, so that what we deliver goes beyond what our clients expected.

In refurbishment we design to improve energy performance and accessibility, to bring in light and ventilation, and to make better use of space while keeping the character and original detail of the building.

Property development
We deliver residential and commercial developments of every kind, both our own and on behalf of third parties: detached houses, apartment buildings, terraced housing and luxury homes.
End-to-end development management for third parties
Acting as development manager on our clients’ behalf, we run the design and every phase of the development, guaranteeing the highest quality standards, keeping the client’s needs in view and working with transparency and informed advice throughout, up to full turnkey handover.
End-to-end management of our own developments
We develop our own schemes for sale or for rent: assessing the viability of the project, designing the scheme with the strongest demand for its location, producing the planning and detailed design, running the construction tender, and directing and managing the works through to final handover.
